3. Patient relationship
Using the Site, contacting us, or booking a consultation does not by itself create a physician-patient relationship. That relationship is established only after an in-person or telehealth evaluation by a Revival Clinic provider.
4. Appointments & cancellations
Consultations are booked through our scheduling partner. Specific cancellation, no-show, and refund policies are provided at booking and at your first visit and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photos, and software — is owned by Revival Clinic or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
